Short answer: every operator value on this site — a payment method, a limit, a fee, a stated withdrawal time — comes from the operator's own cashier or terms pages, or from an affiliate program's copy of those terms that quotes the operator's T&C and gives its URL. Each value carries that source link and the date we checked it. Unknown values are shown as "Not stated". A casino appears in a comparison table only when it meets the listing rule below.
What we record for each casino
Each casino has one record in our operator catalogue. A field is either a sourced value — the value, the source and the date it was verified — or the word unknown, which the site shows as "Not stated".
| Field | What it holds | Where it must come from |
|---|---|---|
| Country eligibility | Whether the brand accepts players from a country, and on what basis: the affiliate program's official country list, a directory listing, an indirect signal, or explicitly excluded | Affiliate program pages; directories are marked as directory data, not official |
| Licence | The licence the brand itself claims | The operator's own footer or T&C. A licence claimed by the affiliate program for its whole portfolio is not accepted as evidence for a single brand |
| Payment methods | Per method: deposit or withdrawal, minimum, maximum, currency, fee, stated time, source URL, check date | Operator cashier or T&C |
| Verification (KYC) rule | When identity checks are required | Operator T&C |
| Withdrawal limits | Per transaction, day, week or month | Operator T&C |
| ACMA block status (Australia) | Which of the brand's known domains are on ACMA's blocked list, the list's date and our check date | ACMA's published list |
| Offer status | discovered → terms reviewed → applied → approved | Our own records with the affiliate program |
Where the data comes from
- The operator's own pages. The cashier, payments page and terms and conditions.
- Affiliate brand packs. When an affiliate program approves us, its manager can send a brand pack. We use it only where it quotes the operator's T&C and gives the operator URL; that URL, not the pack, is recorded as the source.
Many casino sites block visitors from outside their target countries. We do not use VPNs or other tools to get around an operator's geo-block. If we can't see a cashier from where we check, the values stay "Not stated" until we get them from one of the two routes above.
We don't take operator data from review or comparison sites.
Stated times are not test results
A withdrawal time on this site is the operator's claim — what its terms say — labelled "stated" and dated. We have not run withdrawal tests, and no page on this site says or implies that we have. If we ever run our own tests, they will be published separately with the date, payment method and amount, and labelled as tests.
When a casino can appear in a table
A casino is shown in a comparison table only if all of these are true:
- It accepts players from that country and the affiliate program does not exclude that country.
- It has an approved affiliate offer.
- Its payment methods are sourced — not
unknown. - Its data was verified within the last 60 days.
If no casino passes, the table is replaced by a fixed "data pending" notice. We never fall back to unverified rows. Pages built around a list — "top", "new", "best live" — are also kept out of search indexes until at least three casinos pass.
As of 14 October 2026, no casino meets this rule, so every comparison table on the site shows the "data pending" notice.
Requiring an approved offer means our tables only include casinos we have an affiliate agreement with. They are not a complete survey of the market, and a casino's absence says nothing about it. The affiliate disclosure explains the commercial side.
Re-checks every 60 days
Every value shows its check date. When a casino's data is more than 60 days old, it drops out of our tables automatically until it has been checked again. Re-checks go back to the same source URL. If the operator has changed a term, the new value replaces the old one with a new date.
Australia: ACMA checks
Online casinos and real-money pokies are not a legal service in Australia: GambleAware NSW says offshore operators are not allowed to offer services to Australians. ACMA's register of licensed interactive gambling providers lists wagering (betting) providers, not online casinos.
ACMA also asks internet providers to block illegal gambling websites and publishes the list. For every brand in our catalogue we compare its known domains against that list and record the blocked domains, how many there are, the date of ACMA's list and the date we checked. On 14 October 2026 the list held 1,810 domains. Block status is shown on every Australian row, and we never label an offshore casino as safe, legal or licensed.
Canada: regulated or not
In Ontario, the AGCO registers igaming operators and iGaming Ontario conducts and manages igaming through private operators. iGaming Ontario publishes a directory of sites offered by regulated operators. Our Canadian operator data is still being collected; when it is published, each Ontario row will record whether the site appears in that directory and the date we checked, and our Ontario pages will only list sites that do.
What we never do
- No paid rankings. Commission never buys a listing, a position in a table or kinder wording.
- No fake tests. No "we tested", "we found" or "in our experience" about any casino.
- No star ratings or scores without data. We don't publish scores. If we ever do, the formula and the data behind each score will be published with it.
- No "safe", "legal" or "licensed" labels for offshore casinos.
- No guessed values. Missing data is shown as "Not stated".
Corrections
If a value is wrong or out of date, contact us with the page and a link to the operator's current terms. We check it against the source and update the value and its date.
Methodology: FAQ
Why are your comparison tables empty?
Because no casino meets our listing rule yet. A casino is shown only when we have its cashier and withdrawal terms with a source link and a check date from the last 60 days, and an approved affiliate offer. Until then the table shows a 'data pending' notice and the page explains what to check yourself.
Are the withdrawal times on your site tested?
No. They are the times operators state in their own terms, labelled as stated, with the date we checked them. We have not run withdrawal tests. If we do, results will be published separately, with the date, method and amount, and labelled as tests.
Why do you only list casinos you have an affiliate deal with?
Because the affiliate program is also how we get a copy of the operator's terms when the operator's own site is geo-blocked from where we check. It means our tables are not a full survey of the market. It does not mean a deal buys a listing: a casino with an approved offer but no sourced data is still not shown.
What does 'Not stated' mean in a table?
The operator doesn't publish that value, or we couldn't find it in a source we can link to. We never estimate or fill a gap from a review site. 'Not stated' is itself useful: a casino that doesn't publish its withdrawal limits is telling you something.
