Contact us: corrections and data updates

How to contact us about corrections and data updates, what we can't help with, and where to take a dispute with a casino in Australia or Canada instead.

Short answer: email us at [email protected]. We can fix errors on our pages and update operator data when you send a source. We can't resolve a dispute with a casino, contact a casino for you or recover money — the sections below explain where to go instead.

How to reach us

Email: [email protected]

To help us act quickly, include:

  • the page address;
  • what you think is wrong or out of date;
  • a link to a source that shows the correct information — for operator data, the operator's current cashier or terms page.

What we can help with

  • Corrections to any fact on the site. Our about page explains how we handle them.
  • Operator data updates. Operators and affiliate managers can send current cashier or withdrawal terms. We record a value only with the operator's own URL and a check date, as set out in our methodology. Sending data doesn't guarantee a listing, and payment can't buy one.
  • Questions about our methods, sources or affiliate relationships.

What we can't help with

  • Disputes with a casino — an unpaid withdrawal, a closed account, a confiscated bonus.
  • Contacting a casino on your behalf or recovering money.
  • Legal, tax or financial advice.
  • Getting around blocks — we won't help anyone access a site that is blocked or geo-restricted where they are.

Where to go instead

Australia

Offshore online casinos. GambleAware NSW says offshore gambling operators are not allowed to offer services to Australians, and lists "no consumer protection" among the risks. You can complain to ACMA about a gambling provider that is not on its register of licensed interactive gambling providers, but no Australian body can make an offshore casino pay you.

Money taken from your account without permission. Contact your bank straight away. GambleAware NSW lists unauthorised withdrawals from bank accounts as one of the risks of illegal offshore sites.

Canada

A site in Ontario's regulated market. Check whether the site is in iGaming Ontario's directory of regulated sites. If it is, the AGCO sets out these steps:

  1. Read the terms and conditions that apply to your account or transaction.
  2. Complain to the operator through its formal complaints process and keep the complaint reference number. A decision can take up to 90 days.
  3. If you're not satisfied, file a complaint with the AGCO through iAGCO, quoting the reference number. Complaints about responsible gambling, suspected illegal activity or advertising may not need to go to the operator first.

The AGCO can review whether a regulated site broke the rules and penalise it, but it says it can't get your money back or make a site refund you.

A site outside Ontario's regulated market. The AGCO says it has no legal relationship with unregulated igaming operators and doesn't resolve disputes with them; you can only pursue the dispute with the operator's own customer service.

Other provinces. Rules differ by province. See our Canada section for your province.
